Twin County Chorus is growing, so much that we had to add a section to our risers! We are an outstanding chorus of 54 members now, most of whom have been with us for years. Our wonderful and talented director, Christine Krowles, who is in her first year as a solo Director, is doing a great job of teaching us songs, improving our techniques, and helping us look and sound our best. Yay, Christine!

Golden Apple Chorus welcomes two wonderful new LEADS - Chloe Tompkins and Nancy Webber.  The chorus performed at the Senior Lunch Brunch at the First Presbyterian Church in Yorktown in November, in front of a warm and friendly audience.  We look forward to holiday performances at Holy Rosary Church, Drum Hill Senior Residence, the Somers Library, and Christmas caroling at Rosary Hill Home.  Happy Holidays to all!

What a wonderful experience Liberty Oak Chorus had competing on the International stage in Las Vegas, finishing 18th in the world!  Region #15 was well represented at this year’s chorus contest. We were honored to share the stage with Harmony Celebration Chorus.

We were excited to perform for our Applewood residents on Sunday, Dec.4th.  They have become our rehearsal family and we love the space they provide for us each and every week.  They are our most loyal fans!

LOC ran a very successful “Holiday Harmonies”...

Balancing Act Quartet is excited to announce that we have a new Bass!  We welcome Jan Rubino into the quartet--she has been a member of Liberty Oak Chorus (and SAI) since 2013, and is one of the chorus front row dancers.  We hope to get a chance to sing for you at Regional in the Spring!  Pam, Mary, Jen, and Jan, Balancing Act Quartet

We are sad to announce that our bass, Loren Vaughn, has decided to step down from singing with Drive! Quartet to focus on more personal/family commitments. Although her time with us was relatively brief, we are grateful for her contributions and  wish Loren the very best as she awaits the arrival of her baby girl, any day now!

Looking back at the past year, it has been one of incredible personal growth and musical development for all of us! Although the timing of Loren's pregnancy/International competition did not enable us to represent our region in Las Vegas as planned, we want...

Drive! is incredibly dissappointed to announce our withdrawl from the Sweet Adeline International Competition this year in Las Vegas.

As many of you are aware, our Bass, Loren Vaughn, is expecting her first child this holiday season. Due to some complications on her last work trip, her Dr. has since 'grounded' her from any further travel until the baby is born. Which she found out could be about 2 weeks earlier than expected!

We are heartbroken we cannot compete on the international stage with our fellow Sisters in Harmony, however, our well-being and families come first and...

On our way to Vegas we have welcomed some new members to our LOC family. These talented ladies are Cindy Allen (bari), Karen Pulfer (bari), Bianca Skvirsky (lead) and Dara Van (bari).  They are busy learning our competition songs for International along with our repertoire and choreography. Yea LOC Newbies!!!

We had some wonderful performances for the community in June starting with our appearance at Four Seasons, Metedeconk Lakes in Jackson, NJ where several of our members reside.  The audience was so excited to finally hear our chorus.  We also sang at the “God and Country”...
