Liberty Oak Chorus

We are thrilled to be the 2019 Regional Championship Chorus with our highest score ever of 677!  We have worked tirelessly this past year with coaches Jim Arns, Renee Porzel, Karen Breidert, Dale Syverson, Peggy Gram and Michael Gellert.

The year was filled with great times along with very sad times with the loss of one of our long time members, Jean Revere Ferguson.  It took us all a time to recover from her sudden loss and we’re still not there yet.  We miss her deeply!    We dedicated our regional performance to Jean. She was surely with us on stage in...

The Seneca Soundwaves Chapter of Sweet Adelines, an 18 member chorus in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of New York State, is searching for our next director. We're and energetic and fun group of women who enjoy singing in the barbershop style and performing in the surrounding communities. Our goal is growth, both musically and in numbers. Familiarity with the barbershop style of harmony is a plus, but not required. If you would like to catch a wave with us, contact us at [email protected] or call Jo Ann at 585-412-6428

It’s been snowing outside but things have heated up for Greater Nassau Chorus! Competition preparation, luncheons, new members, and performances mean that we have been busy ladies.

GNC is SO happy to announce three new members!  Welcome to Alicia Spiegel, Jeri Schwartz, and Laura Lynch, who have joined us as sisters on the risers.  We are thrilled to have them.  With competition preparation in high gear, our newbies have jumped right in.  The excitement is contagious as GNC gets ready to join our sister choruses in Albany and ring those chords.

Since we do LOVE to party, we...

Monkey Wrench quartet is excited to sing in the Open Division of this year’s Region 15 contest! We are four friends who met when we were all members of Hickory Tree Chorus. We had been busy with separate musical commitments over the years, but when a monkey wrench (or two) separated our chorus lives, we made our dream of singing together a priority while we still could.

We are so excited for our Bass, Kristen (with an ‘e’) McDonald, who is making her quartet contest debut! A long-time Sweet Adeline, she now sings and performs on the front row with Lehigh Valley Chorus, and is an...
