Golden Apple Chorus receives Spirit of Community Award

On August 28, baritone Diane Buschel and the Golden Apple Chorus were honored to receive the SPIRIT OF COMMUNITY award from Support Connection, a local not-for-profit organization that provides emotional, social and educational support to people affected by breast and ovarian cancer.

Golden Apple Chorus welcomes two wonderful new LEADS - Chloe Tompkins and Nancy Webber.  The chorus performed at the Senior Lunch Brunch at the First Presbyterian Church in Yorktown in November, in front of a warm and friendly audience.  We look forward to holiday performances at Holy Rosary Church, Drum Hill Senior Residence, the Somers Library, and Christmas caroling at Rosary Hill Home.  Happy Holidays to all!
