This annual award honors Harriette Walters’ extraordinary leadership and service to Region 15. For more than 40 years she served in musical, educational, and administrative regional and international roles and helped establish a benchmark for leadership. Her passion for encouraging and developing leaders in others is a central reason this award was created in her honor.
The award recognizes a Region 15 leader whose contributions positively affect the region and who demonstrates loyalty, empowerment, accountability, diversity, excellence, respect, sharing, honesty, integrity, and proaction.
