Meal Information

Attached and below are the details for signing up for these events where we will require the response of your CCL and payment for the attendance by
April 20th.
 
What is expected:
·         Please review the attached spreadsheet and communicate back the details for these two events in regards to your chorus; 
·         The spreadsheet attached has two tabs – one for Breakfast information and one for Regional Dinner information;
·         The completed spreadsheet needs to be sent back no later than April 20th to [email protected];
·         Payment for both events can be included in check from your chorus to the Region – please provide details of each event along with payment when sent;
·         The payment is to be made out to Greater NY/NJ Region 15 with payment sent to:

Summary on Breakfast Buffet (please note this is for choruses housed at the Hilton ONLY):
·         Menu and details are listed within the spreadsheet on the Breakfast tab; complete cells highlighted in yellow;
·         Price $27 per person;  hotel staff gratuities are included in price;  please note - we are tax-exempt;
·         The Breakfast Buffet will be run as it was in prior years, where there will be one large buffet for all choruses to go to with each chorus having their own room for eating;
·         Breakfast time and rooms are assigned with the Order of Appearance in mind;  this detail will be communicated closer to Competition Weekend;
 
Summary on Regional Dinner Buffet
·         Menu and details are listed within the spreadsheet on the Dinner Buffet tab;  complete cells highlighted in yellow;
·         Price is $48 per person;   hotel staff gratuities are included in price;  please note – we are tax-exempt;
·         The Regional Dinner Buffet will be run as it has been in the past where there will be tables assigned by chorus; the event is held in the Hilton Ballroom;
·         Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase throughout the evening;
·         Cocktails begin 7:00 PM; with the Banquet starting at 7:30 PM;
