Dates: Friday, September 19 to Sunday, September 21, 2025; Friday afternoon - Sunday morning.

Why Attend? To have a fun and rewarding time, learn from our regional faculty and Special Guest Faculty, Dynasty Quartet & connect with wonderful singers from across our region! Event Schedule can be found below, with more details including lots of singing opportunities in small & large group classes, VocalFest & Quartet Choruses, Novice Quartet Contest, a Youth Chorus, Saturday Night Show & Celebration of International Competitors, and more!

REGISTRATION - Deadline: AUGUST 23RD!
Registrations are transferable, but not refundable. There will be no on-site registration available, so pre-registration is required. Choose from four registration packages:
A — Event Registration, Saturday Dinner, Saturday Show & Sunday Breakfast: $175
B — Event Registration, Saturday Dinner, & Saturday Show (no breakfast) -$160
C — Event Registration ONLY (classes only / no meals) — $95
D — Saturday Dinner, Saturday Show (no classes) — $95

Region 15 Chorus Members register through their chapter. One person from each chorus should collect registration information and funds from members and then submit one group registration form and check.

VocalFest rate is $154 per night (plus taxes and service fees totaling $176.52/night); limited rooms available at this price, so book early! Last year, rooms were sold out within 3 weeks! Don’t wait! Hotel cancellation policy applies.

REMINDER: Your chapter’s Member of Note submission is due this Friday, August 15th. We are looking forward to honoring all of your incredible selections!
NEW!!! We are offering a one-day learning experience for young singers under the age of 26. They will be learning a song to sing on the Saturday night show and working with this year’s Rising Star Champs, 942 Quartet! If you know of any young person who would like to participate, please pass along the registration information.
