Competition will take place at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center (ESPCC).
You will be able to purchase an event ticket on-site:

Region 15 Members
You will register for contest, hotel, meals, etc. through your Chorus Competition Liaison (CCL).
Livestream
Region 15's contests (quartet and chorus) will be LIVESTREAMED! This program will replace the Webcast that you're familiar with, and will be available via subscription through our A/V contractor. All of the subscription details are included in the document link below.
It is important to note that the Livestream does not follow the Webcast format. There will be no commentators, no dialogue or conversation. What you will see and hear is the actual high resolution, live video stream of the contestants as it is being recorded by the A/V team.
