There will be several meal options available at the Hilton. (Forms and payment due March 25)

CCLs: For your convenience, you will also see links below to access individual documents from the handbook. (Registration forms, Housing forms, Waivers)
 
As outlined ​​​​in the Handbook:
  • Registration Forms must be submitted online using this form (requires Google Drive login) See below for URL is this link does not work for you.
  • Housing Forms are to be submitted via email to Housing Coordinator, Johanna Herudek
  • Waivers are to be turned in together (in a manila envelope) at the Thursday night Briefing - as necessary
    • SAI Photo & Video Release - This is required
    • Covid Protocols for Convention (as of 3.4.2023)
      • Members to complete a COVID self-test and report those results to CCLs within 24-48 hours of their arrival at the convention. See Covid Protocols link below for full details.
      • Members do not need to sign the two assumption of risk waivers that were in the Handbook.
