Convention Updates / Reminders (Emailed to Chorus CCLs on 4/25/2022)
 
As we get closer to convention, there are a couple of reminders to share with you, and we ask that you share with your members:
  • Masks will be required of everyone, and must be worn at all times (except when actually performing on stage).  It is strongly recommended that masks be of N95 or similar quality, especially in light of the recent uptick in COVID cases in New York.
  • Waivers (3) are due from everyone who will be in attendance, and will be collected on Thursday night at the briefing. (The three forms were in the Handbook, and links can be found below.)
  • Directors are invited to have their photo taken by our photographer. This will happen at the Hilton on Friday morning prior to the quartet contest.  Any director wishing to have her/his photo taken must contact CRC Barbara Wright by May 1 at [email protected] to be added to the schedule.  
  • Individuals who have ordered a dinner meal box for Thursday night will be able to pick up their meal ticket, starting at 6:00pm, in the hotel lobby near the restaurant entrance.
