What does an Ensemble Manager do?

  • Edits or adds information or photos on the designated Chorus or Quartet Page on the Regional Public Site  www.sairegion15.org.
  • Adds Around the Region News to the public site to be seen on the designated Chorus or Quartet Page, the home page and news areas.

Why would I need to edit my chorus/quartet page?  

  • Change your chorus or quartet picture.
  • New rehearsal time, day or location.
  • New director or change in quartet personnel.
  • Add a special award or achievement.

How do I edit my chorus page information?

  • Go to your chorus page by going to www.sairegion15.org, clicking Choruses>Regional Choruses > your Chorus. 
  • Click on the Edit tab above your chorus photo.
  • Fill in the information as needed.
  • Press Save at bottom of page.

How do I edit my quartet page information?

  • Go to your chorus page by going to www.sairegion15.org, clicking Quartets>Regional Quartets > your Quartet 
  • Click on the Edit tab above your quartet photo.
  • Fill in the information as needed.
  • Press Save at bottom of page.

How do I add Around the Region news for my Ensemble?

Other Tips

  • What type of news do I add? Newsworthy Events,  Received a Grant or Special Recognition, Change of leadership,  Quartet personnel change.
  • Any news that you would send a press release for would be considered appropriate
  • Remember that it is a public page and your audience is Public,  not necessarily Sweet Adelines.
  • Please limit your news to once a month.  The public home webpage posts the three most recent news blocks and we want to give everyone an opportunity to be highlighted in one of those spots throughout the year.
