Sweet Adelines throughout our region joined hundreds for IES 2017 Back to the Future in College Park, Maryland this August. In additon to attending classes led by International Faculty , Deke Sharon, and Tom Carter, members participated in Harmony Games, the Rising Star Contest and the first Mixed Harmony Quartet Contest.

Bravo Award: After Hours
Quartet News: Deanna Longwell Sargent, tenor with Saratoga Soundtrack Chorus, is now singing with Region 1 and 11th Place International Quartet, VOCE Quartet! They'll be joining Greater Nassau, Spirit of Syracuse and Evergreen Choruses at Vegas 2017! Welcome to the Region 15 Family!
Region 15 contestants had a great showing this year at the Sweet Adelines International Chorus and Quartet Competitions in Las Vegas. Harmony Celebration, directed by Scott Brannon, placed 14th overall; Liberty Oak Chorus, directed by Katie Blackwood, placed 18th. Greater Nassau Chorus director, Harriette Walters, performed at the Quartet Semi FInals with her quartet, Famous Janes, and placed 20th.
