Barbershop Music Appreciation Day was established on July 13, 2005 to honor the 60th anniversary of the day that Edna Mae Anderson founded Sweet Adelines in 1945 in Tulsa, OK. We encourage all harmony makers to help us celebrate by getting out in your local community to share your love of barbershop music with everyone you know!
