What Are We Up To? Download the Region's Strategic Plan for 2009-2010

At the Regional Management Team retreat in early February, the team updated the region's long-range Strategic Plan. Here's a copy of that plan, which lists the teams responsible for carrying through on real-life action plans.

If you have any questions regarding priorities, please contact the Team Coordinator in charge of the action item. Here's the key to who's who:

TC = Team Coordinator

CC = Communications Coordinator

EDC = Education Coordinator

EVC = Events Coordinator

MKC = Marketing Coordinator

MBC = Membership Coordinator

FC = Financial Coordinator

DC = Director Coordinator
